Ultimate Mascara forms binding "tubes" around the lashes, enabling fast drying, long lasting wear and easy removal. Mascara "tubes" slide off lashes upon removal with water and light pressure from fingertips, a washcloth, or shower pressure without make-up remover or rubbing to remove mascara residue.
